Duplicate pages in a PDF

Repeat a page without hunting for the original file. Copy one page or a whole block and place the copies wherever you need them — side by side, on the next sheet, or wherever the document calls for — with nothing uploaded.

Why these tools are different

Most online PDF tools upload your document to a server and ask you to trust their deletion policy. These do the work on your own device, so there is no copy of your file to leak, breach or subpoena in the first place.

  • Copy in place or elsewhere

A duplicate can sit immediately after its original or be dragged anywhere in the document. Repeat a header on every page, spare a copy for a colleague, or double up a sign-off sheet.

  • Duplicate a batch

Selecting several pages and duplicating once repeats all of them in a single action — the copy of each page is inserted straight after the original, preserving your sequence.

  • Identical quality, every time

Copies are byte-for-byte duplicates of the source page, not re-renders, so text, vector graphics and embedded fonts are indistinguishable from the original.

How to duplicate PDF pages

Copy one page or a whole range in three steps.

  1. Add your PDF

Drop the file onto the tool above, click to browse, or paste it with Ctrl+V. The pages appear as numbered thumbnails.

  2. Duplicate the page or pages

Click the copy button on a thumbnail to duplicate that page, or select several pages and use the duplicate control in the toolbar. Each copy is inserted directly after its original.

  3. Position and download

Drag the new copies wherever you want them, then click Download PDF. The document is rebuilt on your device with every copy intact.

Your PDF never leaves your browser.

Most online PDF tools upload your file to a server, process it there, and ask you to trust their deletion policy. We flipped the model: rearranging pages happens entirely on your device, using the same rendering engine your browser already has.

No server ever receives your document. There is nothing to leak, breach, or subpoena. That makes it safe for contracts, medical records, financial statements and anything else you wouldn’t hand to a stranger.

  • Zero uploads

Your file content is never transmitted anywhere.

  • No accounts, no ads, no file tracking

We don’t need your email, and we never see your documents.

  • Verifiable, not just a promise

Open DevTools → Network while you work. You’ll see zero file requests.

Frequently asked questions

How do I duplicate a page in a PDF?
Add your PDF to the tool above and click the copy button on the page thumbnail you want to repeat. The duplicate is inserted right after the original. Drag it somewhere else if you need it in a different spot, then download.
Can I duplicate several pages at once?
Yes. Click the first page, Shift-click the last to select the range, then press the duplicate button in the toolbar. Every selected page is copied directly after its original, keeping your existing sequence intact.
What is duplicating a PDF page useful for?
Common uses include repeating a cover sheet or disclaimer at the front of a batch merge, copying a signature or approval page for each signer, duplicating a reference page for an appendix, and keeping an original alongside a redacted version within the same document.
Does duplicating a page change the file quality?
No. The copy is a byte-for-byte duplicate of the original page rather than a re-render, so the duplicated page is visually and textually identical to its source, down to the embedded fonts and links.
